Ah, love. An endless list of stories and songs have been based on that theme alone and usually highlight the universal question: What would you do for love?
In 2010, singer Bruno Mars sang about unrequited love in his hit song, Grenade. From that tune, we gathered he would catch a grenade, throw his hand on a blade and jump in front of a train, all for love.
Now, French fashion house Dior is launching a digital chain asking that crucial question: And you, what would you do for love? Named the #DiorLoveChain, the charity initiative calls on everyone to answer the crucial question on what you would be prepared to do for love.
Simply film your answer to the question and post it on social media with the hashtag #DiorLoveChain from 27 August 2017 onwards, and nominate your loved ones in your post to continue the chain. For each post, Dior will make a donation of US$1 to the WE Charity.
The WE Charity is a division of the WE Movement (formerly known as Free The Children). The Canadian organisation is a global network that supports education, health care and clean water initiatives in developing countries with the aim to help break the cycle of poverty and child exploitation.
The charity organisation is present in nine countries across Latin America, Africa and Asia. And it currently supports 200,000 children in education programs, has provided 30,000 women with the tools to become financially independent and provided access to clean drinking water and medical care to almost a million people.
And you? What would you do for love?

Alongside them, Carine Roitfeld, Chiara Ferragni, and prima ballerina Hannah O’ Neill as well as Carina Lau, Angelababy and Huang Xuan are moving, astonishing, and funny, shaking things up. Many others are also present – parents reunited with their children, artists, dancers, and graphic designers – sincerely and generously embodying their vision of love.
