When you're traveling, whether for work or play, the last thing on your mind is to keep to your regular workout routine. And that's fair - who needs that kind of added stress when you're already have a ton of other things to deal with, right?

However, that doesn't mean you can't sneak in a few minutes of light stretching at the end of each day to unwind and shake off the stresses of traveling. 

Just ask songstress Sandra Riley Tang of The Sam Willows. The Nike ambassador and yoga enthusiast (she's also one of the faces fronting the new yoga section of the Nike Training Club app) travels around the world frequently for gigs, but still finds pockets of time for some deep stretching to help her relax and energise.
