Kendall Jenner is one of the world's most in-demand models; a title that doesn't come without a rigorous fitness routine. To ensure healthy weight loss before a show, Jenner follows an intensive, protein-based nutrition plan — her health-conscious diet and fitness routine is part of her catwalk success and social media fame.

So how exactly does Jenner attain her Victoria's Secret-ready figure, stat?

In actuality, Jenner has long been secretive about her health and diet routine. In an interview with E! News from over three years ago, the then-18-year-old model revealed she leads a fairly clean and healthy lifestyle of tea, cardio and fruit to survive the fashion week frenzy and stay in shape.



"I usually start my day off with a cup of detox tea," confessed Jenner. "I have, like, 12 cups a day." Her leaf of choice? A detoxifying blend of lemongrass and green tea, by Parisian tea brand Kusmi Tea.

In 2016, Jenner told Harper's BAZAAR US that she occasionally treats herself with pizza from the famous Craig's restaurant in Hollywood, or frozen yoghurt (but only two days a week!).

In the same interview, Jenner confessed how much she loves cardio, saying it's her preferred method of training. The Sun reports that Jenner abides by plenty of ab exercises on the regular, to rid herself of any rogue stomach fat.
