We all know that when it comes to celebrity hair, Jennifer Aniston possesses one of the most envied styles in Hollywood, and almost ten years on, she is still in Google's top searched celebrities for hair inspo.
However, the 49-year-old also has one of the most envied bodies in showbiz: toned, slim, strong, but not too skinny or too masculine.
Aniston often credits her flawless body to her dedicated yoga practice, as well as her strict diet of mainly protein, a statement that was recently echoed by her yoga instructor, Mandy Ingber in an interview with ABC News.
"Jen's a very consistent exerciser and eater," said the LA-based trainer who has also worked with Kate Beckinsale, Jennifer Lawrence, Emilia Clarke, Brooke Shields, and Helen Hunt.
"But when she has something she needs to focus a little more on, she just tightens it up a little bit." She adds,
"If she's looking to trim down, we up the cardio a bit" she revealed.
"We add a little more cardio to the yoga, but also what she puts into her body is essential. That really is 80 percent of it ... it's not a big deal if you have a bite of this or that, if you are mostly eating well."
Aside from the cardio elements of her routine, Ingber also puts Aniston's taught and toned armsdown to her vinyasa yoga practice.
Talking to PEOPLE, she said "If you do vinyasa flow, it's actually one of the best things you can do for your arms because you are doing multiple push-ups."
The reason that Jennifer has tone, but is also lean, has to do with the fact that when we do the flow, her own body weight is incorporated." Ingber revealed that Aniston performs the routine with Ingber around three times a week.
"The funny thing is people think you need to do so much in order to be fit, and the truth is you don't have to do so much, you just have to do it consistently, and that's really the key with Jennifer Aniston," revealed Ingber.
"She is one of the most consistent people that I know in terms of moderation in health and diet and physical activity."
