Soon In Singapore: All The Aussie Labels You Love

Say hello to C/MEO Collective, Finders Keepers and more

It’s been over a decade since I got back from living in Australia, but if there’s one thing I can’t get over, it’s the fashion.

There’s just something about Down Under design that’s totally unique – it’s cool, it’s pretty, it’s practical and above all, it’s left-of-field and quirky in the most wonderful of ways. (Something to do with the country’s isolation and all those weird animals around, I suspect.)

So the latest news from Tangs is a real treat. From next month, the store will be bringing in four celeb-fave Australian fashion labels that were previously not available here, namely Finders Keepers, Keepsake, The Fifth Label and C/MEO Collective! (I’m especially stoked about the last because it’s always sold out online.)

The brands will be available at Tangs at Tang Plaza. No other details available yet, but read on to find out more about each label, then click through above for a sneak peek of what’s gonna hit the racks from March.

Cannot. Wait.

Keepsake

This five-year-old brand offers a crisp, modern take on traditional evening wear, all done in luxe fabrics and with intricate detailing. It counts celebs such as Gigi Hadid, Mila Kunis, Kendall Jenner and Reese Witherspoon among its fans, and retails at posh stores like Bloomingdales, David Jones and Neiman Marcus.

The Fifth Label

If laidback cool is your game, The Fifth Label is the name for you. This high fashion-meets-streetwear range features pared-back essentials and soft, wearable statement pieces. Comfy cuts and original prints are a highlight.

Finders Keepers

This label’s all about a fresh take on fast fashion - think high-street designs reinvented with quality fabrics, cuts and a whole lot more polish. It’s sunny and stylish, and fans include Iggy Azalea, Jessica Alba and Demi Lovato.

C/MEO Collective

If some of the pieces from C/MEO (say “cameo”) look familiar, it’s because you may have seen this experimental label on, oh, just about every fashion girl from Solange Knowles to Vanessa Hudgens. ’Nuff said?
