Hailey Baldwin Is Making The Case For Warm Weather Boots

And she’s acing it

For the first time in 38 years, Ugg has refreshed its iconic Classic boot, deriving from it a range of footwear that make up the Classic Street Collection, that's been released as part of the brand's Fall/Winter 2016 line.

The reinvented Classic, the Classic II, is now pretreated for water- and stain-resistance, and features lightweight Treadlite technology for greater durability and traction. In the collection are also many other modern styles that feature the same comfort and versatility, including the knee-high Sibley boot, and edgy Cedric.

To ring in the beginning of a new era, the label has teamed up with model and social media It Girl Hailey Baldwin — who joins the ranks of the brand's global ambassador Rosie Huntington-Whiteley — to showcase the range.

In the series of campaign images, Baldwin rocks pairs of comfy Ugg boots (duh). The twist is, she’s not posing in a chilly, wintery landscape or next to a warm fireplace — she’s doing so in sunny, breezy California.

The model takes us around Venice Beach, California in different pairs of Ugg boots paired with cropped tops, denim cut-offs and slip dresses.

The Ugg Classic Street Collection ($330 to $530) is available at La Collection @ The Shoe Salon, L2 Takashimaya, and #B1-141 The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands.
