Here’s Where To Spot (Stalk) The Hot Hunks Of F1 This Year

You’re *very* welcome

*Updated on 14/9

Whether you’re a fan of Grand Prix or not, there is one thing we can all agree on: F1 drivers are hot and sexy. As Singapore Grand Prix returns to tear up the tarmac at Marina Bay circuit next weekend, the rest of us can get in on some thrilling eye-candy action at the following special appearances!

Lewis Hamilton

The 31-year old Brit’s suave looks and charms have won over a league of hot models and pop stars, including longtime ex Nicole Scherzinger and rumoured current squeeze, America’s Next Top Model alum Winnie Harlow.

If you want to catch a glimpse of the F1 party boy, don’t miss his exclusive appearance at Marina Sands on 14 September. Hamilton will be setting his race lap time and answering questions in public Q&A session.

Want to win exclusive F1 merchandise signed by him? Take over the wheel of the F1 racing simulator located next to the IWC Schaffhausen boutique on B1 level of The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, which will be open to the public from 10am to 10pm daily. If you manage to log the winning lap time, you’ll get to own some sweet swag with Hamilton’s autograph – good luck! Challenge ends on 18 September at 6pm.

Nico Rosberg

With similar blond hair and boyish features, Nico Rosberg’s good looks have frequently been compared to that of Hollywood heartthrob Leonardo DiCaprio. The son of Finnish former world champion Keke Rosberg proves that racecar driving is in his blood, with 21 Grand Prix wins so far. Even though he’s taken (Rosberg married childhood sweetheart Vivian Sibold in 2014), you can still ogle at his boy-next-door charms during his exclusive public appearance next week.

Rosberg will be visiting a full scale replica of the Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula One™ Team garage at the Atrium of ION Orchard on 15 September, where he will also engage in a public Q&A session.

You can also take part in an on-site quiz to guess Rosberg’s race day fastest lap time. Entries must be submitted on-site at the garage showcase before 10pm on 17 September.

Jenson Button

Having announced that he will be giving up his 2017 seat at the end of this season, this might be your last chance to catch the handsome 2009 Formula One World Champion for a while.

The Brit racecar driver will be celebrating the store opening of the new Michael Kors flagship store at Mandarin Gallery on 15 September at 1pm. This is a private event, but hey, nobody will stop you from stalking (oops, we mean spotting) him from a distance.

Jolyon Palmer

A former GP2 champion and son of ex-F1 driver Jonathan Palmer, 25-year-old Jolyon Palmer made his F1 debut at the Australian Grand Prix earlier this year. The Brit rookie cheated death after a serious quad bike accident when he was 16 – he was in intensive care for a week and hospitalised for another three weeks before making a full recovery.

Check out the bright-eyed rookie for yourself at his meet-and-greet at Bell & Ross’ pop-up store at Paragon’s atrium on 15 September at 2.30pm. Fans can also expect an afternoon of fun and games including the Batak challenge, in which participants test their reflexes, hand-eye coordination and concentration – the top 3 winners will be invited to pit their skills against Palmer, and the ultimate winner will get to bring home a Bell & Ross watch!

Felipe Massa

Brazilian race car driver Felipe has been competitive-driving since he was 8. After a successful career driving for Ferrari and now Williams Grand Prix Engineering, Massa has announced his retirement, and that this F1 season would be his last.

Catch him (for what’s probably the last time) at 1-Altitude on 14 September for his public appearance. The event will start just before 7pm, but head down by 6.30pm to secure yourself a good Massa-spotting space.

The 2016 Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix takes place from 16 to 18 September.
