This newly-opened eatery at possibly the most hip hotel in Singapore right now redefines comfort food with its  Lobster Porridge ($28), a comforting bowl of traditional Chinese Teochew porridge featuring half an umami-laden lobster and abalone. Lobster dishes like you've never eaten before are available here. Choose from Squid Ink Lobster Roll (a squid-ink brioche filled with lobster chunks drenched in squid ink mentaiko sauce) and the Lobster Jelly - chilled lobster chunks in a wobbly tomato jelly of edible flowers and cresses. While you're there, enjoy some foie gras as well; imagine pan-seared foie gras perched on toasted brioche with pomegranate and truffle honey apple reduction.
