H&M has released the first campaign images for its upcoming Kenzo X H&M collaboration and boy, has it gotten us hyped for the launch of the collection.
The campaign spotlights an eclectic mix of personalities from fashion, music, arts and activism including iconic supermodel Iman, Chance The Rapper, Vietnamese rapper Suboi, actresses Rosario Dawson and Chloë Sevigny, celebrated Japanese musician Ryuichi Sakamoto and environmental activist and hip-hop artist Xiuhtezcatl Martinez.
They may not be your Kendall and Kylie Jenners, but these stars pack character — which is everything the Kenzo X H&M collaboration is about.
Kenzo X H&M campaign featuring Iman
Created by renowned graphic artist and photographer Jean-Paul Goude, the first three campaign images released feature Iman, Chance and Suboi, and have been treated to look spliced and reassembled, a reflection of Goude’s signature handmade cut-up style. Also, from what we gather from the campaign, the collection is distinctively Kenzo with its riot of colours and print.
