Get A Perfect Cat-Eye Every Single Time With This

Achieve sultry eyes with none of the mess

Winged or cat-eye eyeliner has got to be one of the most classic eye makeup looks ever, and yet it’s also one of the hardest to master.

First, you’ve got to get the wing at the right angle and length, then make sure it looks even on both eyes. We know we’re not the only ones who’ve ended up looking like a panda after multiple unsuccessful attempts to perfect our eyeliner.

Thankfully, there’s now a solution for all our eyeliner woes. Enter the Eye Candy packs by US beauty label Beth Bender Beauty. These adhesive stencils were designed to have a universally-flattering angled shape and be flexible enough to help you create the perfect cat-eye — no matter your eye shape or size.

If you’re wondering, “what’s the difference between using these and tape as a guide?” Well, the stencils are made of a soft, hypoallergenic material that promises to not irritate the tender, sensitive skin around your eye.

While we’ve seen plenty of eye makeup stencils on the market, this is first time we’ve seen something that sticks to our eye to provide a stable outline we can all effortlessly follow.

To use the Eye Candy adhesives, simply peel it off the sheet and carefully adhere it to your eye. All that’s left is to fill in the blanks. As both your hands are left free — as opposed to having to use one hand to prop the stencil up — you have more freedom to do more than just typical black liner.

You can experiment with different colours and graphic patterns, and even use powder, gel, and cream eye products to create a winged-line that is as precise as if you used liquid liner. Need a better idea of how the stencils work? Watch the makeup tutorial below to check it out!
